St. George introduces a refreshing four-course lunch menu to whet ladies' appetite.

Drawing from French and Japanese influences, the Chef uses carefully selected, quality organic ingredients and seasonings from the regions to create a selection of flavourful yet light dishes; including "cherry tomato salad with crab meat, red onions, tomato sauce, and cress" and "poached John Dory served with a side of anchovy macaroni, octopus and a light curry emulsion".
