Coffee Academics is partnering with the much-loved chocolate focused Cafe black n White to bring fans a series of coffee and chocolate workshops starting this July.

SUMMER AFTERNOON TEA @ FINDS

From 1 July, Nordic eatery FINDS will introduce a refreshing summer afternoon tea set for visitors and shoppoholics to quench the Summer heat after a long shopping day.

SUMMER TRUFFLE MENU @ ST BETTY'S

St Betty will launch a five-course truffle tasting menu starting June 27.

Priced at HK$788 per person, the truffle menu commences with two appetizers: Josper Grilled Asparagus with truffles, parmesan, hazelnuts and sherry vinegar dressing; and Brittany Blue Lobster and Artichoke Carpaccio.

The main course is Poached Breast of French Corn-fed Chicken, served with smoked peas, bacon, onions, a smoked butter emulsion and sweet garlic puree.

This is then followed by Brillat-Savarin Cheese with pear, walnut and endive salad.

The dinner comes to an end with the Garigeutte strawberries with fromage frais sorbet and homemade canneles.

THE RITZ-CARLTON SECOND ANNUAL ASIA-PACIFIC FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL

From June 13 to 16, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, the highest hotel in the world, will be transformed into a food festival for The Ritz-Carlton Second Annual Asia-Pacific Food and Wine Festival. A collection of the world's top chefs, chocolatiers and winegrowers from the UK, Italy, France, Denmark and China will all be featured to show off their goods and knowledge of their craft. Hong Kong's very own chefs will also be there to offer cooking classes, afternoon tea, and a very special chef all-star brunch.
