Le Salon Restaurant et Croissanterie welcomes the cool weather with new menus and delightful croissant flavors. Adopting fresh ingredients from both land and sea, they have created Duo de Salmon, refreshing salmon tartar with lychee jelly & sugar cured salmon; Razor Clams with the couscous-like pasta fregola and cured bottarga in seafood juice; Suckling Pig appears as crispy pig and glazed pancetta, Homemade Black Ink Ravioli stuffed with prawn and mascarpone cheese and much more.

Over at the Croissanterie, their pastry chef is busy preparing Le Salon’s new Frozen Raspberry Yogurt and Dark Cherry filled croissants. The taste of Frozen Raspberry Yogurt croissant is so agreeable. Fresh raspberries are churned with frozen yogurt and raspberry sauce and put into a fridge of -180C overnight. A must-try. Also, the Dark Cherry croissants are equally dazzling. Dark cherries from US is slow cooked with almond syrup and lemon juice. The croissants are topped with syrupy dark cherries to double the enjoyment. And due to popular requests, Le Salon starts offering plain croissant to guests who prefer original flavour.
