Eurasian Feast Dinner Buffet @ La Scala, Royal Plaza Hotel, Prince Edward

Feel like escaping Central on weekends? What about treating your beloved ones to a Eurasian Feast Dinner Buffet at La Scala of Royal Plaza Hotel, Prince Edward?

The buffet offers over 200 international dishes coming from France, Germany, Portugal, Korea, Japan and the Middle East. Executive Chef Florey Lai carefully sources some of the most signature and fresh ingredients from around the world, including Austrian Foie Gras and Korean Fresh Ginseng.

Watch for their Boston lobsters and freshly shucked oysters. Try specialty dishes, including the made to order Pan-fried Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce, prepared in front of you at the live cooking counter; Black Pepper Tuna Fish with Asparagus, made with fresh tuna fillets that are pan-roasted until 10 to 20% done; and Oven-Baked Escargots with Mashed Potato, made with French escargot and homemade seasonings with butter, herbs, egg yolks, curry powder and Brandy.

For those who didn’t get enough beer from Oktoberfest, order a large glass of ice cold beer and pair it with Lentil Stew with Wiener Sausages and Croutons, or the Assortment of Traditional German Cold Cuts and Pates. Or try Vinegar Marinated Pork Roast with Almonds and Raisins, a German dish that will surprise you with its delightful taste.

Other highlighted dishes are Portuguese Roasted Suckling Pig, marinated with the Chef's secret seasoning sauce, and Korean Chicken Soup with Ginseng, a signature soup double-boiled with chicken and fresh Korean ginseng for at least 2 to 3 hours

Look forward to an unlimited supply of the Swiss Mövenpick ice-cream, Haagen-Dazs ice-cream and over 40 kinds of desserts to complete your meal.

The buffet is available from now until 15 December, 2012. Prices are $525+10%/adult, $315+10%/child and $355+10%/senior for a 4.5 hour buffet dinner Sunday to Thursday, whereas on weekends, public holidays and holiday eves, prices will go up by $30+10%.

If you just want a 2-hour meal, the prices from Sunday to Thursday are $390/adult and $210/child between 6pm and 8:15pm, $410/adult and $250/child between 8:30pm and 10:30pm. On weekends, public holidays and holiday eves, prices will go up by $20.
