FRESH WATER FISH FROM LAKE GARDA @ ASSAGGIO

Seafood lovers, don't miss this chance to sample some of the freshest produces straight from the Italian water.

From 9th September to 31st October, Assaggio will showcase a special menu prepared with river fish from Lake Garda.

Situated in Northern Italy between Milan and Venice, Lake Garda is the largest and cleanest lake in the country where natural resource and lake fish bountiful. From the great variety of river fishes in Lake Garda, the chef of Assaggio has hand-picked four seasonal specialties to craft a special menu for autumn, namely, the meaty Marinated-style Pike Fish Filet with Polenta and Mixed Leaf ($138), the light and refreshing Perch Filet on Lemon Risotto, Black Garlic and Green Asparagus ($168), the silky soft Pan-fried Whole White fish with Vegetables ($198) and the rich Poached Char Fish Filet in Cherry Tomato and Vegetable Sauce ($268).
