WILD-CAUGHT SEAFOOD MENU @ YAGURA, EATON HOTEL

This fall, Yagura is offering some seafood delights freshly flown in on a daily basis from Tokyo, Kyushu and Fukyoka.

Their wild-caught seafood is freshly frozen and flown in on the same day and their chef will handpicks the finest to display at the seafood counter. Diners can request their own favourite dishes and cooking methods.

Some of the highlights include the mild and delicate Tilapia Thin Cut Tilapia with Ponzu Sauce (HK$98 per dish), the savory, buttery and rich Deep-fried Tofu Seaweed Roll with Sea Bass Sluxurious tuffing (HK$88 per dish) . Don’t miss the Eggplant with Japanese Tiger Prawns (HK$158 per dish) if you are a cheese lover as the mouthwatering grilled cheese melts into the eggplant and succulent tiger prawn.

On top of the seasonal selections, they also offer ingredients and fish that are well recognised in Hong Kong but are prepared with a Japanese twist, such as Beakfish Sashimi and Grilled Grouper with Salt.
