Located on Hong Kong’s growing art trail in Central, Duddell’s is a new and chic destination for authentic Cantonese fine-dining or an innovative cocktail. Set over two stories with a dramatic travertine staircase joining the two spaces, Duddell’s combines a vibrant, chic Dining Room downstairs with a more casual and intimate upstairs Salon and Library, and a lush Garden Terrace in the heart of Central.

At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi of Michelin starred T’ang Court fame, who crafted an extensive menu featuring Cantonese dim sums, premium seafood as well as the expensive abalones and bird's nests. Signature dishes include Fried fresh lobster, scallion and shallots, Pan-fried fresh crab claw with caviar, Fried beef cube with wasabi and soy sauce, Crispy salted chicken and Sautéed asparagus, water chestnut and macadamia nut in taro nest.

If you're just in for a drink, check out the dynamic cocktail menu designed by award-winning mixologist Alexandre Chattéand. Signatures include The Special Administrative Sazerac House (a blend of Cognac and rye whisky, aged in bamboo, flavoured with Szechuan peppercorn sugar, hibiscus and absinth); Gong Bi Mary (a home-made Bloody Mary mix of soy, oyster and, xo sauces, Szechuan chilli peppers finished with lemon juice, pepper vodka, yellow bell pepper and tomato juice); Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Reviver (a blend of gin, triple sec, Lillet Blanc, sour and cooked mao tai with green tea mist); and the 5 Spice Margarita (a blend of cinnamon and vanilla tequila, fennel seed, clove, triple sec and grapefruit juice) which is an innovative take on the classic Margarita cocktail.

As for wines, apart from the prominently featured Chateau Mouton Rothschild wines, Duddell’s also offers a selection of all of Bordeaux’s First Growths as well as other notable producers, including Domaine Leflaive, Domaine Faiveley and J .L. Chave.

Duddell's is devoted to creating a cultural vibe where creative minds can eat, drink and socialize. As part of a year round art program, Duddell's will host world class exhibitions curated by prominent art personalities as well as a continuous series of discussions, performances, film screenings and other events by Hong Kong’s cultural innovators.
