ABERDEEN STREET Cafe

Unlike most upmarket cafes in the region, Aberdeen Street Café boasts both indoor and outdoor dining options as well as a traditional wrap around brasserie-style bar.

Open to the public since mid-2013, owner Sophie has worked hard to create a truly comprehensive menu featuring healthy and sustainably sourced food (local organic farm products, imported meats …).

Eat in and you’ll find it difficult to select form the generous tapas list featuring traditional meatballs, Greek samosas, garlic prawns and goats cheese spring rolls, ($55 - $75)  - or try the gluten free salads each named after various Streets within the Soho region – opt for the ‘Staunton Street’ salad mixed with avocado, asparagus, mushroom, basmati rice and topped with a sunny-side-up egg, ($125).

And in line with the Cafes European heritage, enhance your meal with a glass of Castell d’Olerdola Rosado – the bars signature sparkling rose, ($80 per glass) or the Monte Zovo Italian Pinot Grigio, ($60) – the cocktail list won’t disappoint.

To entertain the lunch-crowd mid-week, Aberdeen offers a three-course set lunch menu for $125pp.

Private functions and tailored dining and beverage packages are available upon request.
